Account & data deletion

Delete your Femmeville account

Request permanent deletion of your account and the data connected to it. You can do this whether or not you still have the app installed. We'll confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, login, and account details
  • Your posts and activity across your Villes
  • Your FemmeGems balance and rewards history
  • Your peer-matching and wellbeing check-in data

What we may keep, and why

  • Records we're legally required to retain, such as payment or transaction history for BizRing, kept only for as long as the law requires
  • Limited data needed to prevent fraud or abuse

Use the same email you signed up with so we can find your account.
